Want to make a change with your body confidence and physical fitness, but don't know where to start?  

As a personal trainer and certified nutritionist for over 16 years, I am confident I can help you reach success.

*Dates? September 3- October 22

*When? Tuesdays at 6pm

*How long are the practices? About 45 minutes

*Where? Pennypack Trail off of Byeberry Road.

*What? Mostly running/jogging and some body weight strength conditioning.

*Homework? You bet! Each week you will receive one extra workout to do on your own time via email that will help strengthen your endurance.

*Will there be a race at the end? Yes! Tuesday, October 22nd, we will be running a 5k race at the Pennypack Trail just like last year! Everyone will walk away with a sugar pumpkin! Ps- This is an incredibly laid back little race. Think of it as another practice, but you giving it your best shot! It is perfect for the person who is just getting into running or wants to gain confidence in the 5k world.

*Investment details? $140 for the whole program (practice, homework and race) paid upfront by August 27th. 

Unfortunately no drop ins allowed.

 

I absolutely LOVED the vibe of last year's group and the coolest part? EVERY single person decreased their 5k run time or if they have never ran a full 5k before, did so without stopping! I mean... HOW EPIC IS THAT?! Can you feel my excitement? I have to boast here and say that each person really gave their all and committed. Plus these programs deliver success when you put your faith into them!
