ONE EASY STEP FOR BIG SUCCESS!

Don't change everything all at once when you are going to make a lifestyle upgrade.  You will fall flat on your face if you do. Make one small change every week.

For example... 

You want to lose weight?  Great!  

 

Week 1:  Drink more water every day

 

Week 2: Drink more water every day and stop eating after dinner

 

Week 3:  Drink more water, stop eating after dinner and start eating breakfast

 

You want to save more money?  Awesome!

 

Week 1:  Whenever you receive change from the cashier, put it in a jar in your room and don't touch it

Week 2:  Cashier change in the jar and add $5 every payday

Week 3:  Cashier change in the jar, add $5 every payday and bring your lunch to work instead of buying everyday

 

 By making small changes one week at a time allows you to focus on that  task at hand.  You can program it in your head, get used to the action and find a space for it in your life.   Then after a week, add another challenge to your list while keeping the old one.  

 

I have watched too many people try to change everything at once only to erase it all one week or month later because they did not align the changes within their lifestyle.  

 

But most of all, I experienced this first hand.  

 

I would work so incredibly hard on changing it all, eventually to only make another mistake and would think I completely screwed up.... even failed.  I was so angry and so incredibly frustrated.

 

In my earlier days I did not realize that my mistake was just information I was collecting and my "failures" were only a stepping stones in my journey.  

 

Today, because of the work I have done, I can now say that all of this was placed in my path to learn, find my light, and pass on the lesson.
