3 Pike Presses

4 Walk outs

5 Jumping Starbursts

6 Side Lunges

7 Plie Hops

8 Jumping Lunges

9 Full sit ups

10 One Leg Bridges (on each side)

11 Supermans

12 Extreme Mountain Climbers
