Dump that bloat

Do you feel bloated and inflamed too?






It may just be because we are stepping away from the holidays, but man... I feel like so many people are talking about their bloated face, puffy hands and food baby growing inside their bellies.  


If you are raising your hand because that hits home to you, don't worry girlfriend.  



I got you.



Here is a list of what you can do (naturally) to heal yourself from inflammation hanging around:


-Drink warm lemon water as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach


-Make a breakfast filled with protein and vegetables such as an omelet with spinach, onion and mushrooms


-Drink aloe vera juice (I love George's brand) right before you go to sleep- a shot of it will do.


-Focus on eating as many green vegetables as you can.


-Cook with as many healing herbs as possible such as ginger, turmeric, rosemary, cinnamon, black pepper and peppermint


-Eat fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, green apples, and pineapple


-Take cold showers


-Do low impact workouts such as yoga, pilates and go for walks


And please, avoid dairy, added sugar and excess gluten as much as you can!
