Are you prisoner to a sensitive stomach? Think bloat, digestion issues, acid reflux, UGH! I’ve been there too many times and because of that, I have been forced to find natural remedies. I want to share them with you!
But the most important part of this issue is learning how to prevent these problems from happening in the first place!
I have found that the less I eat gluten, soy and dairy, the flatter my stomach is, the less gas I produce, and the healthier my… ahem… bowl movements… are. Also, drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day (which the first glass is always warm lemon water) and taking a prebiotic plus probiotic pill daily are a godsend.
However, some days the irritability and pain just hits you. So what do you do?
Drink 4oz of aloe vera juice, eat a ginger chew, drink some chamomile tea and squirt a little CBD oil into your mouth.
Eat an apple and drink some aloe juice. Sometimes even going on a light walk will help work the kinks out and improve your symptoms.
