Stay Buff Dip!

This fabulous recipe was featured in my ebook, Treat Yourself. It is so good I decided to dig it back up and share it with you. I am sure we are all starting to crave more fruits and veggies as the sun is staying out longer. This is the perfect dip to add even more nutrients and protein to your apple, celery or banana. ................... Stay Buff Dip ................... Yields: 3-4 servings Prep time: 5 minutes Chill time: 20 minutes Need a dip that you can keep on dipping without really worrying about calories? This is your go to. Put That Phone Down!

One piece of advice that comes through often for my life coaching/energetic upgrade clients is that they need to spend more time with themselves before they start their day. You should aim for 1 gram of protein to as many pounds you weigh in a day. So for example if you are 150lbs, then you should be eating 150 grams of protein per day. .................................................................................................................................... Protein powder adds in a quick 20-30 grams in a delicious smoothie for breakfas
