Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the amount of literature and good (and bad!) advice out there? Struggling to find what is best for your Self, and the right information to help your inner light shine? With this program I create an individualized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle plan designed for YOU. We schedule a 60 minute phone call or zoom session, where I ask broad and granular questions about your health history, dietary restrictions, lifestyle and goals. From there, I create a vision board (nutrition guide, fitness plan, wellness goals and lifestyle upgrade), helping you live your best life. It will be an emailed vision board, allowing you to follow it the best way that fits your personality. You will have goals, homework and affirmations that will set you up to manifest your wishes in life.
After our 90-min meeting please allow 3-5 days for me to complete your tailored vision board.
I met with Julie last weekend for lunch in order for her to put my Whole New You Guide together. The conversation entailed lots of questions that helped Julie get to know me. What I like, what I dislike, what makes me happy, what I need for success, what might make it difficult to succeed, etc. After about an hour and a half, we were all done and Julie told me she would be in touch in a few days, but to let her know if I thought of anything else worth sharing. Over the next few days, there were some quick emails back and forth with things I forgot and questions she thought of, and then I got my guide within 3 days. I got it and loved it. There are check marks all over my guide which, to me, represent things that I think I can stick to. There are lots of meal ideas and workout ideas. I’m a picky eater so I’m impressed by the ideas Julie put together for me. It’s clear that she really listened and asked the right questions at our meeting. I’m looking forward to sticking to my guide from now on and I do plan to follow up with Julie every so often as needed. I highly recommend getting together with Julie and seeing what ACHIEVABLE improvements she can help make to your life.
